UPDATE: 10 days later and still no refund. We called on 10.10.2020 and talked to the manager and he told me I’d have a refund by 10.13.2020. It’s the 15th with no refund. I called today and was told the manager would call me back soon. We shall see if they do what they say. If not I will be physically coming to the store to get my refund. Horrible customer service.

8 days ago I put in an appointment to drop off my vehicle to install a tow package. I arrived to the facility today to drop off my vehicle for the appointment I made. They informed me they didn’t have the parts. No phone calls before hand - nothing to let me know that this would not happen. Very unprofessional.

Fast and professional. These guys are great and easy to work with!

Located at a convenience store, took a long time to get a truck rented and get back on the road.
