U-Haul Moving & Storage of Galesburg

We got over charged almost two weeks ago and I immediately called the local store. I talked to a nice young man named Alex and he contacted the DM and I was informed he'd call back in the morning! 2 weeks and 3 calls later from me and nothing from Anyone! They recorded our milage 3000 over what it was and didn't even record the correct return time which has resulted in uhaul trying to collect an extra $1400! Everything went so smoothly other than that. But over two weeks for a 1400 error on their part without any callback is unexceptable!

If you're looking for service, do yourself a favor go anywhere else!!

Nice inside rental facility.

Easy enough after I first got a hold of somebody. Only one employee apparently right before I got there, but a couple others came in with me and went right to work.
Note: went to retrieve some things and I'm sure they spray for bugs fairly often, but at the time I went out I saw numerous roaches. When I went back 2 days later I saw numerous dead roaches.
