My dad and I went to this location today to rent a 5x8 covered trailer. The person that helped us was named Erin. She was enthusiastic, extremely helpful and got us on our way quickly. I definitely wouldn't have left a review if it wasn't for her and how well she did her job.

Erin took my call and very quickly and efficiently identified the truck I needed for a one-way/one-day rental, offered me a savings option and set up my reservation with immediate confirmation by text message. If the actual move is as smooth and pleasant as Erin was, it will be easy and sweet as pie.

Picked up a trailer here, was a pleasant experience, Erin is super nice and pleasant, she made the experience nice and smooth, She could teach classes on customer service!

2.8 rating? Why am I not surprised? I will never return here for any reason. Needed to rent a car trailer to transport a bare truck frame, weighing MAYBE 400 pounds. Because UHaul's system doesn't recognize a truck frame as a vehicle, the man helping me entered 'Chevy Malibu' just to satisfy the system. Out of nowhere, a female employee stuck her nose into my business, stating that towing a vehicle other than what was entered into the system was against policy and denied me the rental! Your desk guy completely understood my dilemma. Seriously lady?? Handing my money over to Penske, where I'll get something newer and much cleaner.
