U-Haul Moving & Storage of Germantown

This store charged me lot of money for refueling even though I topped up to the level I received and had driven only less than 10 mikes and returned truck in hour. I would consider other stored , especially the one at Snoffer school road, very professional. Upon checking out guys at this store told me we will checkout later and send receipt to you, even though I insisted. That's unethical. I trusted them but now I know why they did that.

Truck I received wasn't clean and also had smoke odor. Doors doesn't close well until banged hard. Don't use this store. There are stores around with better quality trucks.

Before you give vehicle pls make sure check what’s the condition because I have experienced wheel alignment/ steering issue it’s very hard to maintain in single lane. It’s pulling left side and it’s safety issue.

Place was very well stocked on all types of trucks. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Would rent from here again!
