Great customer service when I rented the ten foot u-haul box truck that I needed for about 24 hours I was going through the inspection of the box truck before I pulled out of the parking lot and I noticed that the mileage that they had on my contract was different from what the odometer said in the box truck. I also noticed that the fuel level that they had on my contract was different from what was showing on the fuel gauge inside the box truck so before I left there parking lot I went back into the office and spoke with the representative that did the contract up and explained the situation to him and he told me that when I returned the box truck the following day he was going to be there and he would fix and take care of everything then and that representative name was Don and I would like to say thank you very much to him he stood by his world and took care of everything the next day when I returned the equipment so thank you I really appreciate everything you have done for me and my family.
