Great service representative. Ease of reservation, pickup the vehicle n drop off

When I applied for the U-Haul I put a suggested 40 mile radius and was charged $66+. I actually used 17 miles and was still charged $66+. I spoke to a representative, she assured me that the difference would be adjusted and reflected on my account in a few days. It has been almost 2 weeks and it never was adjusted. You charged me $66+ for 17 miles usage. Another thing the U-Haul was not even half full upon pick up. It was near midnight so I tried to send a photo on the site but the chat defaulted twice. This is an injustice it is not fair to me as a customer and I will no longer use or refer your service to anyone.

They should get some adults to work there... I started to sue them for putting me in a vehicle with broken driver side mirrors.. that's illegal.. and they told me it was the only truck they had which was an absolute lie.. it was ancient.. in horrid condition damaged all over... I absolutely will never rent from this location again.. I rent from uhaul alot for my business and this location let me down completely

We arranged for U-boxes for a coast to coast move, since we would be taking only a small amount of household goods in comparison to what we owned. We started with three and were able to fit the items into just two boxes.

Customer service from all humans was exceptional. The Baltimore, Glen Burnie, and national reps were so easy to work with. The drivers who dropped and collected the boxes were so kind and careful.

We needed to put things into one of the boxes closer to the time we would put our house for sale - but had to extend that a day due to not having all packed, yet. The app glitched and the box wasn’t there and the staff there kindly helped us get I to the box that had inadvertently been put back away.

They generated automatic notifications when the boxes left the facility for their cross country trek.

Thank you for making such an important part of our move a painless experience there. We will review the locals on the other end when we are in receipt of the boxes.
