U-Haul Moving & Storage of Glen Burnie

The service was great except for the process of renting a vehicle it takes too long to go through the process of doing everything on the phone through the APP. That is not called customer service I don't know what you would call that, but it is not customer service. A customer service is when you actually interact face to face with a person not an APP on your phone. I know a lot of customers probably think the same thing as I am pretty sure that some of the employes of U-Haul think or say the same thing as well.

I’m a third party carrier and I deliver for uhaul weekly The manager of this facility refused to load my truck because on a prior load one of her team members who loaded me broke my light fixture on my truck and when I told them what happen they didn’t want to provide employee info to the insurance company while I was on site for who was responsible I had to stick around an extra 30mins just to get on the phone with someone to help address the issue I come back in a different truck the managers recognized me says you specifically will not be loaded…this shows how the size and years of a company in business doesn’t matter if they hire people who just do what they want with the position then she threatens multiple times to call the police on me when I keep asking for a valid reason for refusal to load and her answer is were to uncomfortable to load the manager wore glasses with longer Brunette hair late 30s to mid 40s

Very easy to find location, pick up the trailer. The employees were very helpful and efficient. I was in and out in about 20 minutes.
