Called to make truck reservation. They neglected to tell where to pick up. I was in Glendora and truck was in West Covina! Poor communication

Access is no longer 24hr to the self storage, I was not notified of the change and found out by driving over here when it wasn't open. I've been current with my rent the whole time I've been here, very disappointed I was not informed there would be a change.
