I arranged direct payment from my bank account. Three days in a row the payment was denied. They didn't notify until 11 days later. I paid that Friday. Was assured I had access again. And did not.
When the site manager returned, he waived the late fee and only charged me the payment amount. He was very professional and courteous. Thank you.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! These people charged me twice. My account was positive until they charge me the 29.16. I called and talked to an employee in office that said I should be getting a refund in 3 days. I still have not been given my refund. Now they are telling me they didn’t charge me twice (when I’m literally looking right at it on my banking app) so I called again today the guy in the glens falls location on exit 18 told me it would hit my account in 3-5 days. Then he turns around and says I would not be getting that money back and they did not charge me twice. Okay so why do I have an 86.57 on 12/27 plus a pending payment of 29.16. Meaning they charged me twice and my account is still pending because they DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. Plain as day they stole my money and every other person I talk to has no idea what they are talking about.
