I rented a storage unit here for 2 months. When I first signed up, I was told it was climate control unit. As I moved in my stuff, I realized the unit only had heat in the winter and wasn't a true climate controlled environment. The manager seems to not care about my concern at the time. Not worrying too much as I was only renting this unit for a few months while I was in transition to a new place during late summer months.

I emptied out my unit 12 days before the end of the billing cycle. I spoke to the manager as my unit was cleaned out and the locked was removed. He was busy doing propane fills and helping multiple other customers.

12 Days later, the amount for the storage unit was automatically deducted from my account. The manager and staff failed to show my unit as vacant.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service and overall poor experience with this U-Haul location
