U-Haul Moving & Storage of Glens Falls

Reserved a trailer and after three times of being in the store n talking to the manager thought he would have been smart enough to do a reservation, but nope n no other trailers in area. Definitely done doing business with them. First time took weeks to get money back they over charged.

I must say I am surprised to see such negative reviews of this place as I had an easy and positive experience. Got a last minute van from this location to move in town that very afternoon. Norm the manager was nice and helpful. No issues, personally.

This is my 3rd year now renting from this location. The staff in the store are very nice very helpful and really pleasant. The store is clean well lit and very well stocked up on many items. I look forward to renting this location yearly going forward. Talking with Manger Norm who is on hand any time I am in the store has always been very helpful to. I have and will continue to mention this store location to family friends in the tri county .

A added rent in Sept of a 20ft box truck to do a local move in the area was fast easy simple to make appointment on the phone. Day of the move getting the truck and returning it was easy simple and fast. Very reasonable price to
