U-Haul Moving & Storage of Glenwood

Rented a trailer from this location today (04/21/24), both the check in representative and the young man that came and checked the trailer were nice, friendly and made sure we were good to go.

Customer service is extremely rude without warrant.

Fast service, friendly and professional agents.

Poor customer service. Rented a U-Haul truck . Never got instructions on anything where to return ,type of fuel ,extra charges or anything returned the truck the same day and got called the next day,saying I hadn’t returned the truck and there’s a fee for that. like what! Plus it was snowing so obviously the truck was going to get a bit wet and maybe footprints and got charged for the truck being”dirty “ so a cleaning fee . Just poor customer service ,bad communication over all. Never again.

Man if it wasn’t for Kevin i don’t even know what id do right now. So professional and helped us out big time. Compared to other U-hauls this is for sure the spot. Thank you for helping us out Kevin.
