The big boy at the counter/desk with the braids needs to be fired! Lack of customer service lack of communication lack or real help. He told me i cant use a major debit card to rent a van yet the website clearly states vehicles can be picked up with a credit card or debit card. He made this entire process a hassle then told me he was going to cancel my reservation because i didnt sit there and calculate miles before rental. They usually calculate miles after the trip is done not before! Then I supply the address and he then still wants me to do his job. Literally whoever hired him needs to be fired as well the whole team! Ill add my photos for proof later.

Worst customer service ever!! Manager extremely rude annd rolling her eyes and didn’t want to check us in because we could do it online but there was no service. It only took her a minute to help us. They might as well make this a self serve place.
