Review:
I’ve been using Uhaul for various moves and their new software makes this so difficult and unfriendly that I have chosen to go down the road to Home Depot which turned out to be a faster and more reasonable experience.

Review:
Rented a trailer and truck to pull it. Returned it with more fuel than we picked it up with, and were charged for fuel, a cleaning fee for dirty footprints in December after a snow, and they exaggerated the mileage by 20 miles and charged my card and sent a final receipt BEFORE the equipment was even returned. They would have had no way to actually charge any of these fees.
I can't understand how Uhaul is even a business at this point. Absolute scum behavior.

These guys helped me out in a tight spot and were able to get me the car dolly I needed. Even hooked it up for me. Very courteous and helpful.
