U-Haul Moving & Storage of Golden

The lady in the office was rude. I sat down to check out with my reservation. She told me I had to use the app. I said I've never done that before. She said that's how it has to be done. I stated I ask to be check out at the counter. She still directed me to use the app. So I had to go find my own truck. Walk back in to the store to have them move other trucks because mine was blocked in. There was 4 employees in the office just chatting. POOR customer service all around.

This was the best customer service experience I have ever had from U-Haul and I am a fairly regular renter. Thank you very much!

These guys have always treated me right and rise above the traditional U-Haul experience at other locations. Been getting a trailer from them for Burning Man for a couple years now and get my propane filled here. They are good with proactive communication. Kind people.

Equipment in good shape, and staff were fast, efficient and capable. Good experience.
