Wonderful Experience ! Heather Jones and James went above and beyond! A snow storm had delayed my departure date, and Ms. Jones, was more than accommodating to switching my reservation. When I arrived- on Thanksgiving- both of them welcomed me, hooked up my trailer, made sure I was safe, and ready to roll.

I had done my research, and the other BIG companies, were no where near as friendly, professional and AMAZING, as Heather and James!

If I am ever in need of a truck, trailer, etc., I will make sure to ONLY rent from them!

Very quiet there. Very spacious aisles.

The truck seemed like new and drove extremely well.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Arrived to pick up truck to move after working 10 hours. Was lied to by Farrah who should never work a customer service position. She was extremely rude and not willing to help at all. Avoid this location

We had the worst expirence and will never be renting from them again. The young man that called my husband was super rude and not helping. He informed him that all check outs of trucks have to be done threw there app. We downloaded the app however; it was so slow it took us am hour to fill out the information we needed. There was a guy sitting at the desk doing absolutely nothing in the mean time. Do I get reimbursed for doing there job?

If that wasn't bad enough we had to return the truck using the app and again do there job we had to upload pictures the odometer and if it wasn't checked in correctly they will charge us a $20 fee! Ridiculous, mind you there was a guy just sitting in there why we were fighting with the app for another 45 mins! I understand using an app if it's outside business hours but it was not. It was absolutely ridiculous if I could give them 0 stars I would.
