This location is the best in town. Heather was who helped me and she was excellent, friendly and helpful. I use uhaul fairly often and I go out of my way to use this location.

Do not use this place !!! The manager is rude and disrespectful ! I would share the whole story, but no need !! Keep reading the reviews below, this business would see a huge revenue increase if they fired Mr. Bloss the manager. Thats advise from one business owner to another ! I am a local who lives .4 miles away and will go out of my way to tell people not to go here !!!! It's worth the drive to use another location !!! I pray you listen to me !!!

Not reactivate my reservations without my permission with my card being used after they've been cancelled.resulting in me being overcharged when I was under the assumption that my reservation was cancelled

The staff made my drop off simple and easy. Very polite and welcoming, just what I needed at the end of a long journey!

Very poor customer service in person and via phone. Will not be returning to this location if I have a choice. I’m appalled by the staffs’ combative and cowardly behavior when confronted with a problem. Staff was rude and didn’t even seem to be happy doing their job.
