The elder man is very disrespectful and rude. I am a frequent renter (usually rent upstate WI) was in the area cause that's where my mom lives and rented out a 4 wheel dolly. I was not able to return the equipment the day I needed too and I received a phone call threatening that they were going to report it stolen because I didn't have a card on file but earlier before they called me they tried to charge my card which didn't make sense how are you going to tell me you didn't have my card on file yet try to charge it. Usually when I extend (in the location in Kenosha) I pay after I return it and they don't call me threatening that they are going to report it stolen. The elder man who called me was telling me that it was uhaul policy but I contacted them personally and they told me no that's not uhaul policy to call people and threatening them they will report whatever they used stolen. From the moment i went into the store to start my rental contract he was very snotty with attitude, honestly I'm starting to think it's more of a race thing for him since I'm Hispanic he probably doesn't like that.

The issue is that no one knows where your rental truck is until the day of. I made this reservation about a month previous for this location. No one could tell me where to pick up the truck when I asked but guessed it would be somewhere in the county. I was promised I would get a call before 5pm the day before and the truck would be located within 100 miles. There was no call. I learned the vehicle was 118 miles away in rural Indiana at 9am on the day of the rental. This cost 6.5 hours for two people (one to drive the truck back) and hundreds of dollars in extra fuel.

I booked the reservation online and accidentally chose the wrong date of return. I needed my rental for an extra day so they worked with me to be able to reserve the vehicle for an extra day and to get the best rate. I appreciate the help with the rental, especially helping me get the best rental rate.
