U-Haul Moving & Storage of Great Falls

I should have left this review a year ago, but just had a reminder since it’s been a year ago. Had these guys install a hitch on my SUV, and it seem they did a great job, they only did the minimum, wiring right under the vehicle instead through the vehicle. I talked to other U-Haul dealers here where I live and showed them how they wired everything and they’re embarrassed that it even happened that way. Just a heads up to those whoever plan on getting a hitch installed by this location, maybe they’ve changed, or maybe the same. Other than that they seemed friendly and professional.

Everything was Scheduled through
the APP and very easy. We needed to extend the rental for another day, had no problems doing that and rhe money that was needed was promptly returned when the rental was.
