All the employees were pleasant and helpful from beginning thru the return date.

The attendant (Sara) was very friendly and helpful with exchanging the defective truck that was originally assigned to us by a different U-Haul location. I had called ahead to the national U-Haul service center and made arrangements to exchange the truck before arriving. Sara said that she didn't see any information about this arrangement, but she quickly got it figured out and got us set up with a different truck of the same size. The replacement truck was in good condition.

We had a mishap with picking up our U-Haul, but Lynsey was super helpful and got us on our way with no problem. She made what could have been a very stressful situation, easy!
