There isn't any need of improvement!!! When I first rented the storage unit over 2 years ago the lady helped figured out which would be the best unit for me and at the time you had a promo for first month's rent free. Which I thought that was awesome! When I had problems with my debit card Virginia Cooper helped me out. When it was time to get my things out of storage Virginia Cooper and her assistant manager (I wish I would of gotten his name) assisted me with which size moving truck to use. Uhual having a storage units and moving trucks all in the same place was very helpful, but the staff was Extremely helpful each time. I would use again if need be.

Great location and convenient to access my storage unit at any time. Darrell at reception was amazing. I believe he is the assistant manager. He was pleasant and patient with me trying to figure out what I needed. He took the time show the sizes of each unit and answered the questions I had to determine what was best. I appreciate when someone is knowledgeable and helpful. It makes a stressful situation easier. My storage unit turned out to be just enough space for everything. Thank you!!!
