Employees were outstanding. I would definitely recommend going to see them, if you ever have the need.

I had the worst experience with U-Haul. The customer service was unprofessional, to say the least—felt like I walked into a frat house. I waited over an hour just for them to figure out that their computer system, not my card, was the reason for the payment issues. To make matters worse, the manager was clearly high and blatantly hitting his vape right in front of me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
