When I returned the rental pick up truck the guy who checked my husband out was unprofessional and rude. He said he's charging us $30 to clean some dirt and small rocks out the back bc the rental is meant to move furniture. I advised him we rented a pick up truck to move outdoor furniture. Some dirt and a small amount of small rocks were left in the bed. He said 'sorry, it's in the contract, you should have read it, now I have to clean and hose it out and it's going to make a mess on the parking lot and make our business look bad.' It seems like a ripoff to charge $30 to hose down a pickup truck bed. I did the rent an enclosed moving truck. I only had the pickup truck for 3 hours. I will not recommend nor be back to this place of business.

Since the beginning to rent in the app until the end to return the vehicle, everything went excellent, staff very professional, store in excellent condition plus the equipment.
