Even though I had a good experience with the equipment and costumer service, the company MUST revise their policy about returning the trucks with more gas than expected. I was supposed to return it with 1/4 and returned with 3/4 tank because I didn't know how much to pour. I did not get a refund or even a credit. I did not receive the phone call from the manager as promised. This situation is unfair since I was moving and my expenses were more than expected. Please consider your costumers.

Great Service!

We came in to rent an auto transport. We were willing to bring it back to this location in order to rent it as 'in town' and save money. We were told that they 'did not have any in town auto transports, only one way transports. If we wanted an in town rental, we'd have to go to another Uhaul facility.' As there is no one way or in town transport difference with regards to the equipment, I'm assuming they only want to rent out at a higher rate. In the end, instead of two days in town at $128, we had to pay one way for over $240. We did it because we were under time constraints, but I feel that Uhaul held us over a barrel to charge us over $100 more for the same rental we wanted, Unacceptable.
