Jamie, Jacob, Jennifer and Victoria were fantastic!! This is the best store in the area and it has the cleanest storage!

I like the storage unit itself. However the manager I think her name is Jennifer, was absolutely horrible. When you are one date late making the payment they put a lock on the unit, that’s understandable. So this happened to me, I paid it and about 11 days after I paid it we made a trip to our until around 8:30,9pm. Once we got there and we lived over an hour away, the lock was still ON there. They have 24-36 hours to remove it once you pay. So I called Jennifer because her number was listed if something was wrong. Well she was extremely rude saying you should’ve paid on time and I can’t do anything for you tonight and just had so care in the world. So we headed home couldn’t do anything about it and being upset wasn’t going to work. Well this happened to us about 5 more times, same thing. Yeah I know I should’ve learned my lesson about going after work but that’s the only time I got. So needless to say the other employees are great and welcoming and want to help, but Jennifer doesn’t deserve to have the title of a manager and better yet work with the public.

Very Racist. They don’t go by the policy. They make up prices and their own rules!
