Was charged for extra mileage when during the pre-inspection I provided photo verification that their odometer reading was wrong. I will be coming back tomorrow for my money.

One star because the staff at this location is friendly, but U-Haul in general is AWFUL. I returned the truck and was charged for what I thought I would be, got a receipt and thought everything was ok. If there was any additional cost they would have billed me then or at the very least let me know what it was. TWO WEEKS LATER I was charged an additional $41 and I called to see why and they had absolutely no idea why, had to call again when the Gm was there. 7-1 which are hours I work. I called the main customer service line and they said I was charged $18 for fuel. I took that truck less than 10 miles for the whole duration of the 12 hours I had it. They also charged me a ‘late fee’, which is insane because I was never told that I even had a balance to begin with, not via email-text-call- nothing. I disputed the charge with U-Haul and the next day I got a message that my CARD WAS DECLINED FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Don’t put your main card on file, I would suggest, because they will take whatever they want whenever they want and not be able to give a single explanation as to WHY.
