Review:
I talked to 4 different U-Haul people on the phone when making this reservation for a pickup truck and not once was I told I needed a credit card. Everyone I spoke to said a debit card was fine. Even online it states “Major credit card OR debit card must be present for all van and pickup truck rentals.” Nowhere does it state only credit card.
