I rented a truck that had 2 flat tires and had to wait 3 hours for road side assistance then because it was late, I got charged for another whole day! This place is horrible!

This is the second time we’ve used this uhaul place in Hammond. The process was super easy and the staff are great. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was super nice and Mr. Turner was friendly and helpful, just as he was the first time we rented from here.
