Very nice and friendly staff. The man that served me was working on shelves in the store and quit what he was doing to serve me. The trailer has new tires and he checked the lights and things for me. It was a very good experience...

I was very upset and disappointed to discover water damage from a huge leak in the roof, all across the entry way above the door!
The date you have listed here for moving out of the unit is wrong. I had it emptied by the 27th of August, not the 31st, delayed less than 12 hours because of problems with water damage.
I am also upset to be told that I was sent a late payment notice for the new billing cycle, after all of the water damage and white powdery mildew on my wooden furniture and a leather bag. I was ill for 2 weeks after moving out of the unit.
I feel that Uhaul should give me a refund on the 2 month rental of this faulty, leaking unit, not be billed for the unit after it was vacated!!!
I will never rent from Uhaul again and I will tell everyone I know about my disasterous experience with Uhaul, which I filmed and have pictures of.
I am grateful I did purchase at least a mininum amount of insurance, but that does not compensate or make up for U-Haul 's neglect of a good protective storage unit and faulty billing system!
