Our motorhome needed propane, we usually fill at Montana Propane but they were already closed on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30. So we drove to the Lyndale UHaul location, the older , heavy set guy came out and hooked up the hose to our 15 gallon propane tank, he said the tank is plumb full, I told him you have to open that valve to fill the tank, he said no you don't I've filled hundreds of them and never had to do that! I told him it had been parked for over two weeks with the refrigerator running no stop on propane, several hot showers taken and on about 3 nights the furnace was used. He acted POed because he didn't know how to fill it, like it was my fault! Montana Propane gladly filled it for us next week when they were open again. I say corporate needs to look into what's going on at this location. I will NEVER darken their doorway again!

Employee was unprofessional. Raised his voice and given an attitude throughout the conversation. Also was told I can go on U-Haul website and look it up if I didn’t like it. Won’t ever use this facility for rental services.
