Called and Spoke with Darren today after a mix up with a reservation for a 26ft truck and he went above and beyond helping up trying to find the correct truck that we had confirmed but for some reason the reservation was changed to a 20ft truck. He didn’t have to help us (we didn’t reserve at his store) or contact anyone else and he was super helpful and we really appreciate him going the extra mile to help us during this stressful time!! Thrilling.The rear gate lifted unexpectedly,
spilling several valuables and paperwork.
When I was able to get back to the spill area it was like a shark feeding frenzy.7 people surrounded the spill.Most of the valuables were(watches rings etc)gone and the gusting wind blew away most of the paperwork-so I really am starting over with almost nothing.
No destination and no money to get there.
