If I could give a 0 it would be just that every time you rent a truck it’s nothing but junk and the manager kc is a rude want to be lady that’s always on his cycle

Listen! I have 5 pages of call logs to over a dozen people in U-Haul 'customer service,' including several to the Piedmont Triad Airport location (that was responsible for stress of a $490 charge that was not mine) . . . then I reached KC!

I prefaced the call with 'I understand this is not your responsibility/problem, but I'm at my wit's end, and any help would be appreciated.” (I want to vent for hours about the DEPLORABLE (lack of) service received at the other location, but that's a different review for another day; anywho-).

Though nobody else was able to help, (everyone I spoke to said the Triad location must be the one to rectify the mistake they made. However, when calling that location, the rude employee responsible for the mistake would not help mi, said I needed to call the location where the truck was dropped off and hung up on mi), KC was able to take the info, of the truck I actually rented, (different than what was issued on paper), and REFUND MY ACCOUNT the $490.31 that never should have been charged.
He was friendly, compassionate, competent and gave mi the resolve I desperately needed!

Though the Triad location is just down the street from mi-
I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN!
