Easiest return ever! I wish I got the name of the individual who helped us but he was very friendly and helpful. Dropped off today, April 3 at 3:30. Just want to give a shout out for great customer service.

KC treated me with respect and handled the transaction like a true professional. A very pleasant experience will have me coming back to this location in the future for sure!

I recently rented a 10-foot moving truck and a car dolly from this location on very short notice. I was happy that they were able to assist but there are definitely some things I could have been better.

First of all, I'm surprised that a car dolly is unable to tow a mid-size Volkswagen jetta. This doesn't seem like a significantly large car, but we were told that we have to upgrade to a more expensive flatbed in order to toe this. So we had to leave the car there and instead to a smaller compact car with the dolly.

Additionally, the car we were given only had a quarter tank of gas. We were only expected to refill up to that point, but as you can imagine, this was extremely frustrating to only be able to drive a short distance before having to refuel. It is also much more difficult to estimate refueling to only a quarter tank instead of a full tank. Because of this, we ended up over fueling and therefore overpaying.

I also noticed an extra charge on my credit card about a week later. I called in to inquire about this and apparently we had gone over the estimated mileage, which had been determined by U-Haul. The estimate only accounted for a direct line of travel from this location and the return location, with 6 miles to spare. This doesn't a lot nearly enough miles for us to take the U-Haul from the location to our apartment. This was very disappointing because we had gotten a discount on the cost of this rental, which wasn't applied to this extra charge. We were told that we went over the estimated mileage by 29 miles even though we didn't go anywhere out of the ordinary. The mileage should allow for a more realistic buffer or it needs to be made explicitly clear that the mileage is understated and that additional charges would be put to your card.
