Review:

This manager, Heather Horton should be fired!! Many people would agree! Is it time for a peaceful protest?!?! ??‍♂️ She’s been very rude to a lot of people besides me! I would say maybe extra training but now this is just a bad person who has the motivation and wrong place and it’s very obvious why!Maybe I can get some help understanding why I was charged so much here there’s extra money in the line items underneath the original dollar amount. Also, the service from the manager Heather! was horrible! The other employees were awesome. I just wanna say that.
The manager at this location told me she would refund the insurance. I did not want to pay for which I was charged for anyway at the kiosk and asked numerous times not to be charged for this. I was told that when I come back to return the truck, I would be refunded the insurance of course then she can say you shouldn’t have paid for it in the first place very rude and irresponsible!!! When I came back in to talk to her, she ignored me and walked walked away with other employees apologizing telling me she would refund my $40 later. Also here is the invoice which I do not understand the charges and I feel like I was way overcharged and the management at this location is extremely biased. I feel politically motivated and I can’t get an explanation of what I feel is overcharging. Can someone look at this and help me out Maybe thanks guys. This manager needs some customer service training and needs to be checked. I moved about two months ago and I haven’t had any time to deal with this till now. Taking advantage of people who are in a hurry and don’t have time Is how she deals with things so as not to face responsibility. These charges just don’t seem right. Maybe I’m wrong, but I was treated real bad at this location and I feel I was way overcharged and definitely wasn’t refunded what I was told I would be.

Great staff, great working truck, got the biggest truck and it took me less loads then I thought. Worked out perfect! Over all great experience, and great staff. Thanks again U Haul!

**Heartbreaking U-Haul Experience** ?

I'm in a tough spot with U-Haul, and I'm hoping to get some help. Here's my story:

- **First Visit**: Told by staff to come back the next day.
- **Assistant Manager's Promise**: Wait 90 days (until Jan 9th) to retrieve my belongings at no charge.
- **Return Visit**: Shocked to hear I need to pay $275 to get my stuff back.
- **General Manager's Response**: Claimed the email promising no charge was just to lure customers.
- **Assistant Manager's Update**: GM changed the rules, and now my belongings are set for auction on Feb 1st.

I'm desperate to get my things back but need the opportunity to negotiate as promised. Heather Horton, the GM, has a history with us due to an earlier incident involving our dog. This led to restricted access to our unit, causing us to lose thousands of dollars in income as we couldn't access needed tools. This situation has left me struggling to catch up and has now compounded into this mess. The stress and heartache are overwhelming. I'm willing to pay what I owe; I just want a fair chance to retrieve my belongings.

I've reached out multiple times to Melissa Romero, the company president, with no response.

Please help me spread the word and hold U-Haul accountable.

I have used this location of U-haul many times in the last few months since i am moving from Syracuse to Tremonton. The employees are always friendly and take good care of me. They truly understand what customer service is all about.
