Review:
U haul is a joke! Making a reservation means you are picking your preferred spot to pick up the equipment. ? They actually expected me to drive to Harrisville to pick up a truck and then Ogden for a trailer. They only pay their people $15 an hour and then expect you to do the running around instead of them having to pay someone to do it. It actually worked out great just having them cancel the pointless reservation since they are not the best choice price wise.

The general manager of this location since.She had to make sure that I knew she was the general manager has the absolute worst customer service i've ever seen?And I work in customer service. I rent from this u all the time and now I will never return to this location because of her. Completely ignorant has no idea how to talk to people.
