Only used the U-Haul to fill propane tanks. Always helpful and friendly service.

Review:
Terrible service. Booked a truck two weeks in advance. Uhual called two days before the move to tell me the only truck they had for my date was a 10 foot truck (not the 20 foot I ordered) and I would have to pick up in Carlsbad or Artesia. And to top that, mileage and use would start in those two cities, not Hobbs. Agent told me that the reservation was to 'hold the price not the truck'. WHAT?! What a JOKE! DO NOT USE UHUAL FOR YOUR MOVE. Only thing they are good for are their boxes. Not sure how anyone would make money on this business model.

Review:
Awful customer service, THEY messed up my reservation and then blamed me because I requested a truck online. Their only solution was for me to drive all they to my moving location and pick up the truck there and take it all the way back load my truck and then take it back, and again blamed it on me would not offer any sort of discount because of THEIR mess up. I will NEVER use uhaul again

Review:
If i could put 0 stars i would. Terrible service, Terrible management. Moving from a different state reserved a unit online called to confirm to make sure it was the correct unit and available the person I spoke with said it was. Show up to put my things in storage unit I reserved is not available. Manager tells me well I don't have that unit available this is what I have either take it or leave it. Now I am stuck trying to figure out what to do with the things I can not move into storage.

Review:
I called Alesha to try to get a trailer hitch receiver installed and she was extremely helpful. I drove 2.5 hours to her location to purchase it and possibly get it installed (if time allowed). This was very last minute and Alesha and her staff were very polite, helpful and accommodating. They did a fantastic job with the install and helped me find the additional items I would need to pull a travel trailer. Excellent customer service, a cold water while I waited, and great attitudes all around.
