After hours return location is on the street. They want you to clean the truck after an exhausting move or you could get charged cleaning fees. Not that the truck was dirty but shouldn't cleaning the truck be a part of prepping it and inspecting it for the next renter? I was standing there and folding 2 dozen wrapping blankets after $1500 rental. I don't remember doing that last time. Maybe it's just me.

Make sure you ask them about fees. They will never mention them to you.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I originally scheduled my return time for 9 PM, but an employee forced me to change it to 6 PM without mentioning anything about a late fee. Despite returning at 6:30 PM, I was charged a $20 late fee—this is ridiculous, especially considering that the original rental price was only $19.99.

To make matters worse, when I finished using the U-Boxes, I informed the staff that they were empty and I was done. Instead of providing proper instructions, the young guy at the counter, who was more interested in spinning on his chair than helping customers, simply said, 'You're good to go.' He failed to explain that I needed to close my reservation or I’d be charged for the next month. As a result, I ended up being billed for an additional month due to this lack of communication.

This experience has left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. The customer service was severely lacking, and I would not recommend this service to others.
