U-Haul Moving & Storage of Holbrook

The entire staff at Uhaul of Holbrook is outstanding. Chris the manager and Danielle helped me through the whole process of renting a truck. They were very patient and kind with me, making an anxious move loads easier. I used the truck for a few hours, and it was clean, ran well, and exactly what I needed. When returning, an employee met me outside and helped me return the truck. I will definitely be using Uhaul of Holbrook for all my moving needs in the future, highly recommended

The manager Danielle called me saying there truck wasn't available and sent me to Medford.
This location is 5 miles closer so I went there and said I'll take any truck I can I just need to move a TV.
A worker was helping me then Danielle comes up and says I called you and told you we didn't have your rental go to medford. Told her this is closer and I'll take any truck I just need to move a TV.
She said well we ain't renting out cars today I said go to medford.Basically said she won't rent me a car go somewhere else even tho they got a dozen ready to go.
HORRIBLE PERSON TOTALLY NASTY
