I rent trailers from Uhaul for my business when we need one. Uhaul in Holbrook is our go to for any of our rental needs. We are running a business. Time is money. The crew over there, headed up by the manager John, are always moving fast and they always get us out very quickly. Uhaul in Holbrook on Lincoln Ave has literally become an extended part of our team. My experience with this U-Haul location couldn't be more positive. My recent experience renting a very large truck was just tbh easy. They were friendly, helpful, quick & diligent. Asked what my needs were & accommodated me right away.

Don't own a truck or large enough vehicle to pick things up. From a ping pong table to furniture you name it they make the process so easy that it takes the friction, tension & worry put of most mundane tasks like these so you're motivated to just go for whatever it is you're buying, moving, acquiring, dropping off etc.

Employee walked by me twice without acknowledging me. I asked if I could get propane and he responded, “Nobody here come back tomorrow morning”. This was at noon on a Thursday. Rude and unhelpful.

Danielle walked right up to us and was able to have us in a rental truck within minutes! Everyone that worked the place seemed very happy, and friendly. We will definitely be back there, and recommend this location!
