Printed out the paperwork with the wrong drop off location. We brought this up to the employee and he said it doesn’t matter it’ll be fine to drop off anywhere. When we went to drop it off the woman at that location told us “no you have to drop it off at the printed location, you can’t just switch”. The printed location would’ve been 3 hours away! Fortunately customer service helped us to find a new closer drop off location (5 stars for the phone customer service), but disappointed that we were lied to. Please give customers the right information so we’re not in a pickle down the line!

I’ve rented a couple of moving trucks here in the past and always had a great experience. This time I needed to get an early start on a Monday morning so I did the online reservation for a mobile pickup on Sunday evening. I’d strongly suggest that any customers doing an after hours mobile pickup call the franchise during business hours and wish I would have. It’s When I attempted to pick up the vehicle I had reserved, I learned that that model (Transit Cargo Van) was not available so I had to switch to a 10’ box truck. This was not ideal for the purposes I was renting, but I was able to make it work. This truck used more gas than the van would have, so my overall cost was higher. I’m grateful that I was offered an alternate vehicle however. I observed that three of the tires on the vehicle I rented had approximately 1/8” tread so I was glad that the roads were clear for my trip
