Review:
My experience with the app, website, and live customer service (via phone call) was a total disaster. App would not recognize my location services, website was slow, padlock on back of the truck would not open without some hidden knowledge that I found out via phone call, and I was transferred to multiple agents on the phone to help resolve my issues. Wasted 45 minutes of my time and of the people that were waiting on me. Will not use again, EPIC fail.
