Stopped by to buy a ball hitch. Instead of swiping the card they asked for it physically and entered it by hand on screen. Said the keypad wasn’t working. I was shocked. If their computer has a virus with a keylogger installed it would be easy to steal credit cards from this place. The keypad merchant device is more secure. They didn’t seem in a hurry to fix it.

Watching the account for the next few months for fraud charges.

Terrible experience at this Uhaul in Canton. Buyer definitely beware as nearly 40% of their reviews here on Google are 1 star reviews. I took my Jeep in to have a hitch installed and dropped it off with my roof in the lowered and locked position. When I picked up the car, I noticed while I was driving that I could not see out of my rearview mirror and stopped to inspect the roof. I discovered at that point that my roof frame was bent and one of the support arms was significantly damaged. I immediately called the shop and the employee said that they would do the right thing if they damaged it. That was before I received an estimate several days later for over $1100.00 in damage. I was informed by a Jeep technician that the damage was consistent with someone forcing the roof up/open while it was locked. The Uhaul installer did need the roof up to access the tail light during the install. I sent letters, pictures, and an estimate and I was told to bring the Jeep in so they could inspect it. Today, after their inspection I was told that in no way could they have damaged it and flat our refused to pay for the repair. There are plenty of UHaul stores out there that stand behind their work, but this isn't one of them. My advice after my experience is to find another location.
