Review:

I went to pick up a truck for a move that was reserved. When dealing with the owner Greg Wells of the Holyoke location his attitude and demeanor was horrendous. He was unhelpful at best and wouldn’t explain any of my questions. While the location is convenient-I’d avoid having to deal with this person at all costs
