The truck had a putrid smell like someone was living inside the truck, there was ashes from someone smoking all over the dashboard, it smells like a sweaty disgusting person and every surface was dirty and disgusting. The steering wheel was peeling and sticky and made me feel so disgusting but i didn't not have time to get a new truck as we were pressed for time. Terrible condition.

My wife rented a truck with my son on August 15 and my son returned the vehicle with no additional damage. But was then charged $536.71 for an “Odor”. Not physical damage!!
They’re still assessing the situation today. They are taking advantage of my family and it’s unfair and absolutely ridiculous. They’re are many U-Haul retailers, use others not the ie by Homefield bowl. Or don’t use them at all.
The Uhaul location and staff were fine. It is the Moving Help that we hired through UHauls App that is the problem.
The Moving Help that I hired through uHaul was atrocious.
They were fine once they showed up. But they wasted an entire days worth of truck rental time. Did not notify me of a change in time until AFTER the originally agreed window was well passed.
UHaul needs to vet these companies. I want a half refund on the Moving Help portion.
