Rented a 20’ and when I went back to drop off they had all the paperwork wrong. They had that I had a different truck and another person had the 20’ I rented. I had to wait over 45 mins for them to fix their mistake. Very unprofessional!

absolutely terrible place to rent from. Not a single person spoke english. Not one person could figure out the difference of a applicance dolly compared to utility dolly.

Hola les comento tube una experiencia malísima con esta jente alquile un pick up le pagué 50 millas pero cuando entregue la troka me pasé por 27 millas yo les dije no ahí problema que me lo carguen a mi tarjeta y cuando me entregaron el cobro me cobraron por lo de 100 millas por supuesto que yo no me deje y en eso me corrieron me gritaban me decían que me vaya que ellos no saben nada y se hicieron los sordos les recomiendo que vayan a otro lado porque está jente te roba

Well first of all, maybe you need a whole new staff at this location. They are not welcoming at all. One person can't handle stressful situations and shows people his pokemon stuff. The other person runs away and smokes cigarettes in front of the building and continuously is on his personal phone. And the manager hides in the back of the store.
