Added over $100 to “clean” a truck I brought back cleaner inside. So scammy! Two years on and it was bad enough I still will not rent there even if it is my only choice

Sandy is so gracious, kind, and helpful. After being stranded on the side of the road with a broken down car 2.5 hours away from home Miss Sandy did EVERYTHING in her power to get us a vehicle so that we could travel safely. If I ever need another u-haul I will go out of my way to rent one from Sandy.
