Sandy the manager was very gracious, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She picked the correct size truck needed for my move by the items I described that would be in the truck and it was a perfect fit!! She is an awesome woman, great personality for customer service too.

Everything was great, but assuming all U-HAUL locations use the same procedures and offer the same quality equipment, only the people and their customer service skills can make a difference. Sandy was awesome! Keep up the good work.
