Review:
I paid for and had a contract for a unit and they rented it to someone else from under me. They put me in a smaller 5x5 which isn't sufficient. I contacted them about getting me into a 10x10 asap buy not heard back. Thoroughly disappointed in this uhaul. I'll edit when the wrong is made right.

you call the number and it takes you to their national office. I spent 30 minutes on hold and hung up. later was on hold for 35 minutes. just post your fricken rates on the net so we do not have to sit and wait. you will lose business using this current system, it sucks
