My appointment was at 7am and online I selected the option to wait at the store while it was being done, since I live 1.5 hours away and it was supposed to take 3-5 hours, according to your website.

Upon arrival at 7am on the dot, I was informed that it would take a bit longer than 3 hours, and they did not have a place for me to wait. I ended up sitting on the curb on the side of the building until it was completed nearly 8.5 HOURS LATER.

ADDITIONALLY, it was supposed to cost $341.46, including taxes and labor, and when I went to pay, I was told I had to pay $416, and some change. When I asked why the price has increased by over $70, I was told that they had to use a more expensive wiring than I had chosen originally. They claimed that my vehicle lights had stopped working with the wiring I had chosen. I asked them what my options were because I had not financially planned to spend $416 and I was given 2 options; Pay the $70 difference or drive a truck WITHOUT WORKING LIGHTS. I feel as though I was scammed and they just wanted more money out of me since they could not explain why the truck lights stopped working with the original wiring which made me believe they made no attempt to figure out a solution beyond up-charging me for a more expensive product.

Overall, this was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience and I will NEVER suggest anyone I know, to get a hitch or wiring installed with uHaul.
