U-Haul Moving & Storage of Houma

Horrible service professionals working at front desk! Gas level was lower than what they recorded! I was stuck paying for more than I used! Truck was in disssatisfying condition, dragging when hitting the gas! Miscommunication by the staff when the truck could be rented! This Houma store is horrible! General manager never returned my phone call with all the issues I had! ??

I needed to extend my time for my rental an all it took was a phone call an it was done I will most definitely continue to use u haul for all my moving needs

I am a professional driver, which means that I drive many hours and days to be able to make my deliveries correctly and on time. I arrived at the place at 7:00 am just when they opened to make my delivery and they told me that they do not have a person to unload, that I must wait for them to find someone which is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone else, it is very unpleasant. ?

They don't even deserve one star they deserve 0 stars bc they like to get over on ppl. Will not ever be renting or recommending again!
